Questions
How is this different from the School I just bought?
The School investigates. This applies. The School asks what they built and what they knew; this takes the part of that knowledge which survived as a working system and teaches you to use it. Different job, same story.
Is this the same thing that used to be included with the School?
It is. The School used to bundle it, which meant everyone paid for it whether they wanted it or not, and it made the School about two things at once. It is now its own thing at its own price, and the School is cheaper and clearer for it.
Do I need to believe in Ayurveda?
No. Treat it as what it is: the longest continuously practised system of preventative medicine on record, with parts that modern research supports and parts that it does not. We mark which is which. Take the parts that hold.
