Dwarka: Atlantis of the East, my film on an ancient sunken Indian city that has been watched by millions
My appearances on The Discovery Channel’s Expedition Unknown
The Natural Law, my award-winning film and global movement committed to spreading the 5,000-year-old healing science of Ayurveda
Or my speaking engagements, including sessions at Gaia and with Deepak Chopra
Or even one of my past excursions to ancient sites across the globe
Years ago, I was a high-flying entrepreneur. My businesses were making me millions. I was jetsetting around the globe. I even made it onto the Inc. 500 list.
Coming from a poor household in New Jersey (my parents were first generation immigrants), I believed I had made it in life.
That is, until my physical and mental health completely broke down from all the overwork and neglect.
After a devastating diagnosis and years of ineffective pills and treatments, I reached a crossroads:
I could continue with the escalating medications my doctor was prescribing, clinging to the fading hope of restored health and happiness.
Or, I could embark on a different path – an ancient one that has transformed countless lives by awakening profound wellness of the mind, body, and spirit, as well as a lifetime of bliss and abundant success.
Choosing the latter quite literally saved my life, while also becoming the greatest adventure of my life:
I traveled to India to meet the world’s greatest natural healers and doctors
I committed to returning to wellness with the ancient science of Ayurveda
I embarked on an exploration of ancient wisdom and its power to help humanity
And I even started making films and documentaries to share my discoveries with the world
The two retreats I’m inviting you on each represent a unique dimension of personal transformation through ancient wisdom.
The first is an expedition into India’s greatest ancient sites and energetic hotspots, including sacred temples, forgotten cities, architectural wonders, and even a return to Dwarka – the location of my first film. With the aid of professional expedition guides and shamans, we’ll tap into the transcendent wisdom and healing frequencies in these locations, each one carefully chosen for its alignment with the Pancha Mahabhutas; the five elements of creation.
The second is a Panchakarma and holistic healing retreat: a week-long immersion in Ayurveda’s greatest cleansing and detoxification treatments, as well as yoga, sound healing, and much more – all fully personalized and administered by professional Ayurvedic doctors and practitioners. This incredible protocol has been instrumental in bringing holistic wellness to me, billions around the world, and soon, you.
Whether you choose to join me and our community at one of these retreats – or both – you will experience a level of cleansing, empowerment, and higher consciousness that will leave its mark on you forever.
In this expedition, you’ll experience a profound awakening of the mind, heart, and soul as you join us for a journey into ancient India’s most sacred sites and ancient landscapes – each embodying one of the five elements of creation, known as the Pancha Mahabhutas.
From mysterious caves and caverns, to breathtaking historical islands, rivers, and cities, to ancestral structures built with technology far exceeding modern know-how, we’ll examine the evidence proving there’s more to these locations than meets the eye; while also tapping into their profound energy through powerful group meditations and guided spiritual ceremonies.
We will even return to Dwarka, the location of my first-ever documentary film, to dig deeper into the secrets of the mysterious sunken city now known as “the Atlantis of the east”. This is far from just a sightseeing trip: it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ‘drink from the source’ as we search for sacred knowledge and illuminating truths that shine light on the true nature, origins, and capabilities of the human species.
You’re passionate about ancient wisdom and the discovery of knowledge, untold stories, and hidden truths that can be harnessed to understand our past and create a better future
You’re searching for a spiritual awakening, or a way to once again feel alive, inspired, and connected to yourself and the world around you
You want to experience the profound energetic frequencies of these ancient locations, many of which are said to awaken deep wellness, peace, and connection to the divine
You’d like to connect with like-minded explorers who share your passion for personal growth and the spiritual dimensions of the human experience
Or if you’ve watched my documentary, Dwarka: Atlantis of the East, and you’d like to explore this fascinating historical site for yourself
September 9th – 10th 2025
Ether is the element of space and awareness, as well as stillness and potential. In Delhi, we create inner space, set intentions, and open to the journey ahead.
As India’s vibrant capital, New Delhi is a city where centuries-old traditions and ancient secrets intertwine with modern life. After an intimate group welcome dinner on your day of arrival, you’ll journey through three sanctuaries of healing and insight: Akshardham Temple with its intricate carvings and sacred geometry, the Lotus Temple with its open arms and silent embrace, and the Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat which offers a quiet field of reflection on the energy of peace, truth, and nonviolence.
September 11th – 12th 2025
Air is breath and movement. In Agra, we reflect on love, beauty, and the clarity that comes from pausing to truly take it all in.
Your next excursion takes you to Agra, home to the iconic Taj Mahal, a timeless symbol of love, beauty, and legacy. While its marble façade draws millions, its design holds deeper stories of hidden chambers, sacred geometry, and symbolism woven into every detail. You’ll also visit Mehtab Bagh, a peaceful riverside garden offering a unique view of the Taj at sunset, and the elegant “Baby Taj”, a smaller but stunning monument that inspired the Taj Mahal’s architecture. Later, you’ll explore the impressive Red Fort, a powerful seat of Mughal rule and a silent witness to India’s struggle for independence.
September 13th – 14th 2025
Water is depth, mystery, and inner knowing. In Dwarka, we explore the truth beneath the surface and connect with the timeless wisdom that flows through sacred waters.
Your adventure in Dwarka begins by revisiting the mystery explored in my documentary film – the underwater ruins believed to be remnants of Krishna’s legendary kingdom, submerged beneath the Arabian Sea. At Bet Dwarka, an island said to be the residence of Krishna himself, you’ll explore ancient temples that still echo his presence. Next, we’ll visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 sacred Shiva shrines in India, home to a towering Shiva statue and a revered temple. Finally, at Gomti Ghat, where the holy Gomti River meets the ocean, you’ll be invited to join a series of immersive cleansing rituals.
September 15th – 16th 2025
Fire is transformation. At Somnath Temple, we honor the power of ritual and let go of what we no longer need – making space for renewal.
At Somnath, we arrive at one of the most sacred and storied Shiva temples in India – a place said to have withstood destruction and rebirth across millennia. Perched on the edge of the Arabian Sea, the temple stands where Lord Shiva’s light is believed to have first pierced the earth, marking it as the first of the twelve Jyotirlingas. As we walk its grounds and witness the evening light and sound show, we connect with a deeper current of resilience and transformation.
September 17th 2025
Earth represents grounding and stability. At Ajanta, ancient stone carvings connect us to wisdom, presence, and a deeper sense of rootedness.
Tucked into a horseshoe-shaped cliffside, the Ajanta Caves open a portal into ancient India’s spiritual and artistic brilliance. Carved between the 2nd century BCE and 5th century CE, these 30 rock-cut sanctuaries are adorned with intricate murals and sculptures that bring to life the teachings of the Buddha. As you walk through dimly lit chambers, you’ll witness both Hinayana and Mahayana expressions of early Buddhism – etched into stone with extraordinary care. Here, we’ll sit in meditation inside the caves, letting the calm presence of this sacred site deepen our inner reflection.
September 18th 2025
Ellora represents the integration of all five elements, showing how different paths and philosophies can coexist in balance.
Our expedition culminates at Ellora, where 34 ancient rock-cut temples and monasteries stand as a testament to India’s spiritual and artistic brilliance. Carved between the 6th and 10th centuries CE, these caves bring together the sacred traditions of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism in one place. At the heart lies the magnificent Kailasa Temple, a monolithic structure dedicated to Lord Shiva, carved entirely from a single rock. As we explore the surrounding caves and sit in meditation within these timeless chambers, you’ll be invited to reflect on the wisdom and healing energy gathered throughout your journey, and harness it to bring greater clarity, balance, and purpose to your life moving forward.
From sacred temples to monumental architecture to serene landscapes, experience the full splendor and innermost secrets of India’s most revered sites through the wisdom of our professional expedition guides.
Explore, connect, and live like a local through immersive cultural experiences that take you off the beaten path, and open you to dimensions of India the average tourist never gets to see.
Tap into the energy of each holy site, as well as the collective energy of your group, as you’re guided through transcendent group meditations that awaken holistic wellbeing and higher consciousness.
Enjoy authentic and nourishing Indian cuisine in a warm group setting, discover the stories behind each dish, and exchange stories with your new tribe.

For this retreat, you will join us in the idyllic Sahyadri mountains of Pune, India for a hyper-personalized detoxification of your mind, body, and soul. Throughout your seven-day Panchakarma experience, you’re immersed in the greatest Ayurvedic remedies, under the loving guidance of master practitioners dedicated to their craft. As each treatment cleanses you, you will ascend to peak wellness, balance, bliss, and youthful vitality – in the moment and long after your retreat concludes.
You feel exhausted, overwhelmed or strung out, and you want to reclaim your vitality and your zest for life
You’re a professional or entrepreneur looking to regain your health, balance, and clarity, and perform better at work and in your personal pursuits
You want to detox from accumulated toxins brought on by prolonged periods of poor diet, stress, or exposure to pollutants
You’re searching for natural remedies to specific health challenges – such as digestive problems, joint pain, skin disorders, or stress-related ailments
You want to protect your health and minimize the possibility of future health issues that could impact your longevity or quality of life
Panchakarma is the greatest of all Ayurvedic treatments for cleansing, revitalization, and holistic wellbeing…
And it may just be the answer to what’s missing in our modern approach to detoxification.
The average commercial detox protocol can only promise short-term results that vanish within weeks or days – whereas Panchakarma is said to deliver a lasting rejuvenation of the body’s detoxification systems:
The same ones so often disrupted by the modern lifestyle. Environmental pollutants. Medications and medical treatments. And even food pumped with the same pesticides used for combat in World War 2.
Panchakarma cleanses your body, mind, and soul through a series of professionally administered treatments delivered over the course of a week or less.
A wealth of clinical studies have explored Panchakarma’s role in rapid toxin removal, inflammation reduction, anti-aging effects, and even in managing chronic diseases.
Every Panchakarma is personalized to its recipient’s unique needs. And even just one annual treatment can leave a profound impact on your health, wellness, and energy levels, all through the year.
Panchakarma treatments are designed to clear toxins (ama) from your organs, including your liver, lymphatic systems, and digestive tract. It is also said to cleanse you of unaddressed emotional trauma, negative spiritual charges, and other impurities that lead to sickness, illness, and pain. The result is a delightful feeling of lightness and purity.
Your treatments are also designed to regenerate cells and tissues, revitalize your body’s energy, and boost your immunity. You will sense a dark cloud lifting as peak levels of energy and clarity rush back to your body and mind, leaving you feeling years younger, with a sense of vitality that reminds you anything is once again possible.
By addressing the imbalances in the three Doshas – Vata, Kapha, and Pitta – your treatments will bring your body back to a state of perfect balance and harmony. And since many health challenges are directly related to Dosha imbalances, you may notice improvements in those areas as well.
Your treatments are also designed to optimize your agni (digestive fire), which in turn can improve nutrient absorption, metabolism, and digestion. Symptoms like bloating, sluggishness, and even various food sensitivities may reduce, allowing you to once again enjoy food and nourish yourself as nature intended.
One of the additional benefits of the Panchakarma process is a calmer mind, the clearing of emotional blockages, and a greater resilience to stress that lasts long after your treatments are completed. You will emerge with a powerful sense of self-awareness, control over your emotions, and the ability to embrace the ups and downs of life with grace and gratitude.
A Maharishi University of Management study on Panchakarma’s effects showed a 50% reduction in lipophilic (fat-stored) toxins, specifically polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). The study highlights Panchakarma’s efficiency in expelling pollutants that accumulate in body fat and are challenging to remove through conventional methods.
A 2016 study published in Scientific Reports found that a Panchakarma-based Ayurvedic intervention resulted in significant changes in the plasma proteome. These changes are associated with improved cell function and reduced inflammation, indicating potential benefits for detoxification and immune support.
Research in the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine (2012) observed that Panchakarma treatments reduced pain, stiffness, and overall disease activity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, suggesting that the treatment may help manage symptoms of chronic inflammatory conditions.
A 2019 study published in the International Journal of Ayurveda Research demonstrated that Panchakarma can reduce oxidative stress—a key factor in cellular aging—thereby contributing to anti-aging effects and improved cellular resilience.
A 2023 study by the IVAC Ayurvedic Centre in India focused on the impact of Panchakarma on telomere length, which is associated with aging. The study showed positive correlations, particularly for those aged 40 – 60, suggesting that Panchakarma may have longevity-promoting effects.
Various systematic reviews and clinical trials have assessed Panchakarma’s role in chronic disease management. For example, studies have indicated potential benefits in managing metabolic syndrome, obesity, and arthritis.
A 2021 clinical trial by the Indian government on 11 patients evaluated the effect of specific Panchakarma treatments. The treatment was administered over two menstrual cycles and showed promising results for anovulatory infertility, highlighting Panchakarma’s effectiveness in health ovulation and improving fertility.
In 2023, researchers at the Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education & Research found that Panchakarma treatments trigger a lasting release of “happy hormones” – including dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphins, which in turn leave a positive impact on the recipient’s mood and emotional wellness.
